Company Profile
General
The original building company was set up in 1995 as a Fire & Flood Restoration and building contractor and control was passed to Simon Pinnock, the current Managing Director, in 1999.
By 1999 the business had built up a good local reputation and seen growth and increased profitability. It was then altered to Limited Company status with Simon Pinnock as Managing Director.
By 2002 the company had enough reserves to fund it's own development projects and Housemates UK was set up to undertake high specification developments.
It was decided to suspend the contracting works being done by the Fire & Flood Department and concentrate solely on the development works it does today.
Clients
Housemates UK Ltd were previously on the Select Tender List for the following clients, inclusion in which involves a substantial vetting procedure.

In addition to the above they have had numerous retained clients and undertaken work for many Architects and Housing Societies.
