Housemates UK Ltd is a privately owned company that has been in existence for over 9 years. We specialise in building high quality, individual, architect designed, executive homes.
Our area of operation is primarily Wales, South Gloucestershire, Bristol and Wiltshire. We build on sites in small select locations, which range in density from one to seven dwellings. Each development is designed specifically to suit each location, taking into account the topography, existing landscape and local architecture.
Because we are a privately run company, we can offer an individual approach to your home purchase. We will vary your house plans to suit your particular requirements. You can assist in the design of your own kitchen and bathroom, including appliances and sanitary ware, and you have a wide selection of wall tiles, or Aqua panelling, the most up to date bathroom wall covering. A choice of fireplace is also available to create your own individual style.
The amount of variation available is dependent on the stage of construction you join us at.
